Staff is incredible, everyone down to the District Manager! Great selection of Juice, some of the wider selection in the city. They did everything they could to help me out with a new sub ohm device, but I wasn't able to get something I was satisfied with. I believe it comes down to my own preference on sub ohm devices or just GV and SMOK products in general as the staff tried their absolute hardest to help me, but were limited to what they had available for devices. I love that they offer daily deals on products and devices, but for the selection they do have for devices, you can find much cheaper online in Ontario generally with free shipping from GTA which doesn't take as long as you'd think.

Helpful staff, good products, decent prices. They could lose the screamo music, and turn it down. It felt more like an old school tattoo shop than a weed store.

Went in specifically asking for none menthol or chilled juice as it makes me sick and I can’t eat with it and they sold me a bottle with menthol then told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Don’t waste your time going to this uneducated vape store. Most incompetent employees ever at the London location.
