I went to your royal highness today for my first time since I’ve been to London. I will tell you that I’m glad that I did. The customer service was absolutely extraordinary and the piece I needed even though not usually sold by its self made it’s way to me for a fair price by caring and attentive staff. If I hadn’t found my way to this shop today and have this wonderful team of people help solve my problem today then I would have been waiting over a week to get the part that I needed. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who has head shop needs that need to be met with attention and care.

I was in the store on Richmond St. in London, Ontario on Saturday, which sold water pipes etc. It was the first time I have every been in a store like this. Firstly...it was a very pretty, well stocked CLEAN store. The young man behind the counter was VERY friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and gave EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
