I had some issues ordering a product, which was COMPLETELY MY FAULT. Brian was very understanding and patient. He held my order, stayed in contact with me and offered solutions to the help me with the issues on my end instead of just canceling the order and moving on. I highly recommend ordering from him.

My friend goes here all the time. He said that he will quit vaping by the end of this year. I highly doubt it. So i guess this place is good enough to retain customers since its next to impossible for my friend to quit.
