Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and his products. He is very thorough when you make a purchase and ensures you have all the information you need to be successful. If he's not there, his associate Amanda is amazing as well. This shop has helped to get me off cigarettes and kept me off for 5 years! I think this is the best Evape ever, when I first came to the store a year ago he came out to my van showed me product as I'm in a wheelchair. Kevin took the time with me in choosing the right product for me! He is very detailed in describing everything you need to know. I probably drove him a bit crazy being a fairly new person to vape. LOL His sense of humour is second to none. Highly recommend!!

Went in to get some replacement coils. Right off the bat the store was super dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month and there was a gross old leather couch falling apart. The gentleman behind the counter was not very pleasant and got frustrated with me when he didn't have the coil I was looking for. Overall very little stock and selection, and terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store
