Great customer service. Did everything possible to get my order to me same day shipping even though I was past the 1pm cut off time and got it to me within 2 hours. I couldn’t have asked for better service from these guys.

Recently purchased Flavors and 2 cartridges. The experience was seamless, communication was on point (they kept me up to date regarding the delivery timeline) and got the product I wanted delivered within a few days. The owner was also pretty nice and friendly. Would definitely buy again when I am running low :)

Not sure why they don't have a better review. Same day pick up. I searched around for my renova zero and found this place had the best starter kit price which came with the juice. The website was easy to browse and payment was seamless. Communication was easy, recieved email and phone call confirmation. No complaints, will be coming by again. Thanks!

I have no issues leaving a 1 star review. No wonder they're liquidating. Store clerk is very rude. Called me a horrible names, i asked him to repeat them again but he wouldnt do it again b/c i turned around as i was walking away. I asked about testing 1of3 chargers i was about to buy for my pen. And he flipped out, started cussing. I left my dog outside but when i yelled she started barking so it was time to go. This business was doomed with this STORE CLERK. No way around it. If the STORE CLERK want rude, uninformed and begging people for reviews, then things might have gone different, they might have turned a profit? Its no wonder its in liquidation, the STORE CLERK has to hate working in there knowing that their days are numbered. He just takes it out on his costumers. He tried to offer me 3 for the prices of 2 but, no need, if hes going to be rude why spend money there? STORE CLERK doesnt know how to hold a small business and its a shame. (Im emphasising store clerk here, so when the owner reads this, it should stick in their mind theyree just a store clerk of run down business)

I read a lot of reviews about how rude is the owner, it's true! The guy is like standing on his tail ready to fight, he makes you nervous when he opens his mouth to talk!! Today I called him to pickup an order, he asked me if I can come now? I told him yes but it will take me 20 minutes to drive so I'll be there after 20 minutes Then he suddenly told me that "he can't take this headache from me" !! I asked him what headache, I told you I'll come in 20 minutes? He hang the phone in my face definitely a psycho!
