Roxy Vape Shop 144 Dundas St W

I am a customer with Roxy for the past 5 years and they are fantastic. Today I visited them to complain about a vape I bought brand flavor beast 8000 puffs and I believe that the vape has a manufacturing defect because it didn't last for long so I went to to complain and the salesman at the shop Mr Owen was very nice and professional in dealing with me and he gladly replace the vape with a new without any charge. He was so nice and understanding.

I have been going to Roxy for many years because 90% of the time they have what i want. The past year they have really gone downhill. Rarely have stock in their own salt nic and then it takes a month for them to get it. This would never happen when the original guys were working there..

Disgusting employees and extremely unprofessional environment . I witnessed a harassment in the store last night that broke my heart . Poor girl was minding her business and a group of guys were bothering her / laughing at her and the cashier up front did as well. How you can have employees in your store that enables and laughs at customer discomfort and harassment is beyond me. This incident occurred during the evening on September 9th , I don’t know who the gentleman behind the counter was or what their name is but I would like to have them terminated from their position as now I do not feel comfortable coming into a store where the employees will not protect me or and potentially laugh at my discomfort and encourage harassment upon me. Extremely disappointed and can’t believe a store like this would hire such indecent cruel people

This place has REALLY gone downhill. The staff were SO RUDE and totally insulting and HOMOPHOBIC!! It was incredible. I’m still in a state of shock that they could behave in that fashion. I went in with a small amount of knowledge asking for non-disposable hardware as they have advertised all over their Google page. And they just shouted out random acronyms at me because they didn’t have the knowledge as to what I was actually asking for. It wasn’t a brand new disposable released in the last fortnight so they weren’t interested. Far more interested in trying to embarrass me and make me look stupid. Three times one of the staff called out to the other staff members they should show me the LGBQ models - which I’m sure he thought I would fall for. Beyond disgraceful behaviour and frankly I’m now annoyed with myself for not making more of a stink about at the time. It was only when I called him on it and made it clear that I realized from the beginning that the staff member was not trying to be helpful - quite the opposite - he was insulting and demeaning and disrespectful and bigoted and a disgrace to the store - that just one of the other servers started talking to me and only by my desire to move away from the insults, did we move to one side and he attempted vaguely to show me some respect and be of help. He made no attempt to apologise or even admit that hus colleague had been so disrespectful - but at least he treated me like another human being. I should have demanded to speak to the manager right then and there and have him fired on the spot for such disgusting behaviour to a customer. It’s beyond words that he felt it was appropriate for him to behave that way to a customer. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a retail store. They used to have the BEST collection of glass. They still have some on stuff at decent prices but barely a half. Just lots of copies of the same value pieces and some crazy priced high Mr end stuff that I’m sure won’t be replaced. And they have NONE of the vape mods they have advertised on their website. Literally none that aren’t disposable or closed pod systems. Just give it a go. Call them up and see if they have the “only available in store” vapes. A Disgraceful and shocking experience that I hope no one will ever have to experience again.

I've been coming here for years and after today, I'm never coming back again. A male customer was making creepy and clearly racist comments towards me and laughed when I told him to stop speaking to me. The cashier guy just laughed along. If you have a customer clearly making another customer feel uncomfortable and UNSAFE, you should be intervening not enabling their behaviour. Absolutely shocked and disappointed in the behaviour of this employee, you're working in a store in a customer service position, you're not in highschool laughing along with ur buddies for harassing a girl.
