I love this place. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And very helpful when one is trying to choose from their wide range of juice. If you have any issues or questions about your mod they will take the time to answer and even demonstrate how to use your mod, or change a coil or choose a mod based on your needs. Excellent customer service!

I love the convivence of being able to order everything to my door but the free same day shipping seems to be a fallacy and so far my orders have shipped from Markham when I live in Waterloo. The same day shipping was the biggest reason I started ordering from here. Oh well, first world problems. Staff at my location are very well informed about the products and safety and have always been super friendly. Will continue to shop here as I do not always have the time to get to the actual store.
