Derek and his wife and amazing amazing assistant are the best. As a regular customer, they go above and beyond and because of their amazing customer service, I travel from Niagara Falls purposely to see them rather than searching for places near me. They vary a wide variety of items from dab rigs, parts vaporizers and flavours for nicotine pods. BUT DONT BUT THE LAST PUFFCO CHAMBER OR GLASS PEICE, Cause lol I seem to be the king of broken glass weather my fault (most of the time) or out of the box 2 times. Derek has always worked with me on a 2 way street to remain profitable and make his customers happy too. Now that his wife gets to take some well needed time away, his new assistant is FIRE!! If she doesn’t know something, SHE GUNNA FIND OUT FOR YA!! Kidding aside, GREAT FAMILY RUN BUSINESS.

They somehow managed to remove the old review. Just know one thing the female employee at the time got enraged and physically pushed my younger brother multiple time who was only 19 at the time for asking too many questions out of the store, she has her friends in the store at the time and was bothered that he was taking her time away from them.. Absolutely horrible horrible customer service , if there was an option to use negative stars I'd use it. Usually vape stores have the nicest staff this place however its like their doing you a favour by letting you in to their shop.
