Store is at beautiful location. Quite spacious and clean. You get variety of vape flavours. Shisha is available but in limited flavours yet. There are captivating shishas for gofts though.

The store is very clean and air conditioned. The inventory is appropriately stocked and kept neat by the clerk. Speaking of which, the staff is where this store really shines. Their main cashier is incredibly helpful and a really chill guy. He’s very helpful, easy to talk to, and possesses a high degree of knowledge. I came in originally a couple weeks back as a novice and didn’t know much about the scene and the products themselves. The store clerk did an excellent job of explaining all their products to me and answering all of the dozens of questions I kept throwing at him. If anything, he seemed happy and more than willing to continue our discussion. You could tell he’s in his element and truly cares about making sure people are making the right decisions when it comes to nicotine products. Overall the physical store is not too different then any other vape shop near lakeshore. However, their hiring process for staff is evidently something they take very seriously based off the professionalism and hospitality taken on by the staff. For that reason, this is my go-to location in Oakville for purchasing vapes. I hope to go back soon and even get a shisha as the clerk has been slowly succeeding on selling me on the idea.

I work across the street from these guys. They have greeted me like family every time I have entered the store. I have also recommended my friends. The first time I came, I was offered a free pod by the owner which was very generous.
