Great place. Love the service here. Absolutely every customer is just as important as anyone else stepping into their locations. Great variety, no bs customer service. Gotta love these guys!!

I’ve received exceptional service from all the staff there, though today I was served by Khadija. They were very polite and pleasant!

Decent service. My only suggestion is to pump up the customer service interaction. Smile more, talk about the product as if you actually care, and don't be condescending (1 employee). The location and stock options are amazing. The only place I trust in terms of product. There is never an emphasis on type, taste, or brand names, which is good. A very neutral approach to helping customers (also good), and never have I ever witnessed anyone I thought was under age. I look forward to more pleasant experiences in the future.

Simply outstanding service! Online orders always seem to ship before you even finish paying and tend to beat the projected delivery date by at least a day. Staff super helpful in-store or over the phone, always willing to go the extra mile to find you exactly the product you're after, including Mateo recently driving an hour into the boonies on his own time to track down an elusive, long since discontinued favourite mod and atomizer combo for me from the dead stock of a competing vendor. Can't recommend them enough.

Used to live in the market, and went to the Cumberland shop. Just moved to the Glebe, and now visit the shop on Bank St. Staff at both locations are EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable and helpful. And so happy and friendly. Being a customer is truly a pleasure. Highly recommended.
