Went in the store to buy cartridges for my Vape, the clerk sells me a box of cartridges for $21, when I tried to use them they did not fit my machine, so I went back in with the brand new box I had purchased minutes earlier and the clerk told me “because of Covid we can’t do exchanges or refunds“, so long story short I had to purchase another box of cartridges. I think the point of this particular review is just to inform people that using Covid is not an excuse to take peoples money and leave them hanging high and dry. I was asked if I knew anybody who could use the product that was no good to me because they were just going to be thrown out. Regardless of what the receipt said about exchanges and refunds, the fact is that the knowledgable representative seemed more confident than even myself about the products being purchased, I had absolutely no worries whatsoever that the product I was getting was what I needed. Yes I opened the packaging, i’m not sure how anybody else would have found out they were the wrong size, but I can’t see through The paper and plastic packaging. When all the consumer has is your word I believe that truly makes you responsible.

The owners are amazing. Amazing service and amazing juices and at great prices. This will always be my first place i go to for juices!. Keep up the great work guys!.
