So I sent my wife to get me juice and pods and buddy at the pen dale location upsold her when she said no I don’t want that after I couldn’t go bc I have a head injury from a fractured skull the owner said he was going to refund us and is now ghosting us never go there the owners not a stand up guy and takes people money on things they don’t want !!!!!

Staff is excellent. Love the design of the store. I wasn't too happy with the selection of devices and they didn't have too much juice that I would use. That's a personal choice, though. They do have a good selection. I just prefer single flavors like menthol, strawberry, vanilla....you will be very happy if you like multiple flavors mixed together.

These people vape cove are criminels.they sold a dead vape when I returned ,they physically assaulted me. I am using these thieves!

I haven’t been to vape cove in awhile but I met Darius and this guy is a hero. Lost my vape and within ten minutes I got a new better vape and assortment of flavours. Customer service and information is always key when choosing a good shop to purchase any product and Darius has both qualities.
