Buyer Beware! Have decided to no longer give them my business. Too many mistakes on their flavours. They have in past compensated me minimally which I accepted. Last purchase I again was promised a minimal compensation. They decided not to fulfill that promise. You don’t treat loyal customers this way and expect they won’t take offence and leave. Buyer beware! EDIT: Response below is misleading. I was not asking they fulfill the broken promise. I understood they are no longer offering the product however I’m still stuck with something I cannot use. Why not a refund? I asked for compensation of some sort. My emails were not acknowledged.

The best and only place I buy my juice for many years now. Vader is number 1. Please keep hours updated on Google, I drove 30 minutes away today on a Sunday and place was closed, had to go to another store and I been using Vader only for about 8 years now. Was pretty pissed.

I'm a regular customer. I'm having a problem with my device. When a pod is new, the button fires off by itself, shortening the life of the pod. The issue cannot be recreated because my last pod is dying. On Uwell website, the instruction is to go back to the store with the item and proof of purchase and explain the issue. The store is supposed to be aware and helpful. I was disappointed and will never come back.
