I have been here just a couple of times and have always had great service with very informative staff who are willing to educate and have patience with someone who has little to no knowledge of vaping. Yasmin was very informative and passionate on my most recent visit and these are the reasons I go a little further than the closest vape store to me. Would recommend

Bad experiences hold lasting memories and give you pause, and eventually leave you with tremendous doubt about the intellectual quality of certain businesses.... People need to learn NOT to personalize. People should not have to walk on eggshells with everything they say. Some things that are said are not meant to hurt anyone's feelings...

This was my first vape purchase and I could not have done it without the amazing help of the purple haired store clerk. She was so sweet and helpful with any questions I had. I live in Barrie but you can be sure I will come back to this Scarborough location just because of this kind and beautiful woman. 5/5 will always recommend.

Excellent experience buying a vape here today. Knowledgeable about the products and can answer any questions you have. Great recommendations as well. I got a dripn 5k puff one and it tastes like rainbows and unicorns. Excellent. Would definitely recommend this place. Also owner is an F1 fan, big points for that had a great chat with her.
