Great response time initially...... however correspondence took weeks with long gaps where I had to chase them to get a response. The main technical issue cited that should be covered under warranty, gets the oh we can't recreate it look we send you a video of no issue. Yet I have a video of the issue. Error code 303 which according to the internet says it's an issue with the power grid feed due to over temperature. So brand new batteries purchased separately won't charge in this unit?? Yet when I purchase a battery charger from a competitor the unit still works just fine, but won't charge a battery. Which is one of the main selling features of this device. You can charge quickly or you can use it while plugged in. Neither happens when the 303 error code is displayed. Instead of maintaining a happy loyal customer who has made many purchases through them repeatedly and has done so for gifts as well. Will be aggressively boycotting them. Could have been simply resolved by replacing the defective unit. Oh the boys at the smoke shop are going to love this. I used to sing your praises, and you had my exclusive loyalty as well as all of my friends who have purchased through you. You just lost a small percentage of your customer base now.

Amazing customer service on the support chat option on their website. I had Lisa as an agent and I didn’t have to wait more than a minute before she answered. Fixed my issue quick and was also nice which is was a nice change of place. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend using the site! Also hopefully you get Lisa as an agent because they were amazing!

So far so good. Contacted Claire this morning. Friendly and efficient service. I was assured that the order was ok, and that the payment was received. I asked for a last-minute color change for the product I ordered, she said it was possible and proceeded with the change. I was also given a realistic ETA as to when to expect the product to arrive.
