Be rest assured if you purchase anything , and I mean anything from him , he goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. I was having a problem with a device I purchased and contacted the manufacturer and was left speechless of how they treated someone that spent money on THEIR product , but luckily since I purchased this from Trevor at quitters in thorold all I had to do was explain to Trevor what was happening and he took care of it right then and there. Props to quitters, they have struck gold appointing an honest and caring person like Trevor as a manager .I've said this Many times and will say it again , quitters has gained a life time customer! Nice place, good atmosphere and great service. Great selection of products you can't go wrong. I purchased a new Vape back in January and a month later the mod was having problems. Manufacturer defect. I called up the store and the told me to come by for an exchange. Upon arrival I was greeted by a smiling and happy female working the counter. I explained my situation but I unfortunately lost the tank that I needed for the return. She called up her boss and they still did the full exchange. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

I didn't catch her name but the young woman with bright orange nails was SUPER helpful when I was having problems with my vape and even called her manager to ask for tips. She really went out of her way to help and was very sweet about the whole thing. Amazing store 10/10

Really ? 45 bucks now for a 60 ml bottle of 12 monkeys ? I can get the same juice for 32 at my other local shops. This place is a joke. Selling juice for the high tax before it was even in effect ? Greedy. I told other places about the almost 15 dollars in difference from their shops and they said the same thing just greedy. Do not go here.

Quitters is the best vape shop period! Both there locations are great. I recommend this place to everyone. Trevor, the manger, is awesome! He's so helpful and cares about his customers.
