Unhelpful customer service online. Refused to escalate my concerns. Will ignore requests or questions. Delivery showed up three times over an hour late past 10 pm cutoff time. They offer payment by e-transfer and state you will get same day delivery but when it doesn’t happen will claim there’s no such guarantee. They have defective product and don’t make it easy to return. I’ve had three orders be wrong in a row only got a five percent discount code for one use( told would last a month- didn’t) and that’s after saying I’d take my business elsewhere. In store shopping is better. Edit* Review garnered response from “owner” saying to contact the very support that i described having issues with. Did twice got two tickets. Been 48+ hours for first no response. Second 24 hours no response. Will continue to update.

The clerk at the shop was very helpful both on the phone and in person, they had the cartridges I needed and also recommended a new vape juice that I now love. I forget to get her name but she was great.
