Visited on Nov 21 2023 at 2:30pm, encountered Jay (not sure if he gave me the right name), who was remarkably rude due to the size of my order. Uncomfortable experience in front of other customers. Sad to see similar complaints about apparently the same person in other reviews that he was racist and rude and etc. I'm reaching out to 180smoke support as well, hoping for prompt action. Management should address this issue to prevent further customer loss. Encouraging positive changes for a better customer experience.

I purchased a STLTH 8K Vape, which lasted only three days on moderate use, indicating that the device was damaged. I requested a replacement but they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. I just left the vape at the store. Very much disappointed.
