Called to purchase a glass water bong for a friend that broke his. I thought it would be a nice surprise gift. I’m not in Toronto so I wanted to make the purchase and dispatch and Uber package pickup. I was told “we don’t do that”. You don’t want a $150 purchase ? Bye any real customer service. I’ll let my concierge friends know too

I've been shopping at this store for over five years. It is small shops like these that keep me from online shopping because they offer the alternative: personalized service, enough variety, current products. You'll find things here you never knew existed. Everyone is very helpful but some staff are there to mind the store and some have the knowledge- either way. This is not a Vaping college-I think it's important that you go into a shop like this already having tried to educate yourself and then the friendly folks here can answer your questions.

Friendly, and very knowledgeable. If you dont know what you need just ask they will help you choose something that suits your needs. Also a wide variety of name brands and choices of smoking methods such as rolling, bong,dabs, vape, e cig, e juice. Just about everything you need for smoking. Note, if you don't know how to clean or handle glass pipes or bongs go silicone, they have those as well. 100% safe so long as u know how to use it properly. All products are reliable. You pay for what you get.

Awesome shop. Don't be fooled by the kinda ugly old-school (yet not cool - I don't think it was their choice) awning outside; the stuff inside is great but it's the service that really sets it apart. Koon and Kevin are super helpful and fantastic and know their stuff. It's on the north side of Bloor and divided in two each with its own door: the smaller (easterly) room is Vape stuff and the larger westerly side is bong/pipe/roller stuff and incense and a few funky trays and puzzles and things like that. Lots of inventory.

Bloor Gift and Smoke has been a fantastic source for my vaping juices as well as devices for a few years now. Between the West end locations they have everything you could want or need and the staff are always take friendly and helpful, and their product pricing is fantastic.
