Was pleasantly met with Dean the first I came in and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I decided on a product we spoke about, but they had recently sold out of and was out of stock in general. He promptly got my info, to let me know once it was back in stock since I was very interested in purchasing from them and their pricing was better than any other place I looked. About a week after, I was contacted that the product was back in stock for order and was asked if I wanted it, to which I said, Yes! The product was solely and quickly ordered for just me, making the process effortless and unique. Great service, so thank you! Much love

I was googling some items that have been out of stock at my regular vape store for some time - and accidentally found them available here! Very nice and professional staffs but most important their prices are cheaper than any other store across Canada! Even more important, they don’t have these stupid points - you buy bunch of stuff and they give you discount right there! NO DRAMA! NO GAME! I am generally very difficult and picky person - but House of Vapes have become my type of house of vapes for as long as I vape!

Great store! Friendly staff they are very knowledgeable about their products. Great customer service! They also have a huge variety of vapes and juice! I love how clean and sharp the store looks as well! Just great over all!
