My account was erased. I gave name of your former employees, previous lay out of shelves and past products you use to sell where they were used to be in store......Because my email was not in computer. My never used points gone- was a loyal customer. Chose your store over others even if a few dollar cheaper was available..Someone worked there cashed in my points and erased. Your store but dont ownership!!!! Your store must be not so busy- you have time to deal with an old women I can't believe how you can twist the truth..I showed you and told you the vape i bought in february 2023. Told you the guy worked that day was not helpful, told you he did not check my account- younger male customer came in, he left serving me to deal with prefered with him. I paid $5 more then another store sold the vape- as a loyal customer ( fully regret )even though i parked illegally i have given you my email 3 times. Every detail in the store lay out i listed to you... SHAME ON YOU! for coming here and lying about what happened!

These cats have a stellar SAME DAY delivery service filled in cute packaging that would be flawless if it weren't for the surly rude in your face, Incompetent driver who can't seem to master the very complicated and I'm being sarcastic app Google maps. Even the owner will call and make you run a block or two to pick up your delivery when the driver can't seem to find your address you do so only to be yelled at by the driver. Literally yelled at in the street. To be fair I've yet to have a delivery that wasnt on time, I can't praise this service enough but I can't say enough avoid interaction with the delivery driver at all costs. I'm shocked he hasn't been replaced. How is it appropriate to yell at customers for your own incompetence. if you haven't got time to make it in (which you should they are open LATE) then simply order before 5pm. Your order will get there. You just might get more than you ordered. Now...here's the goods... This vape shop has been here since 2016 and in spite of gov regulations forcing such shops to essentially appear closed, boarded up or vacant (we need to change this people, this is our country we don't need to submit to our gov making it so hard for its people to make an honest buck) this pleasant, chill Bloor St surprise that redefines laid back in the best ways has against all odds thrived and when you have your first experience there you'll know why. You'll still find the owner most days behind the counter ready with a smile and more useful and useless facts on everything you ever wanted to know about vape products and some stuff you didn't but are glad you got the memo. Even when the owner isn't there you're sure to find a handsome, well informed and helpful staff member ready and eager to make your experience the most it can be. By far the best pricing in the city and most of if not all of the country and more selection than you will know what to do with. No joke i save $300/month by shopping at Salk St. This is no small feat in this age we live in of profiteers and greedy corps bleeding us dry. Fun fact... Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 4 disposable vapes. 3 of the 4 were defective (dead on delivery). I reached out to customer service and no one even bothered to get back to me.

Salk Street is awesome. Knowledgeable staff, rotating stock of flavours that I can’t find elsewhere. Great promotions. I travel out of my way to shop here, because I’ve never been disappointed.
