I’ve stopped using this shop unless I’m absolutely in a pinch. The shop looks very nice, welcoming and clean (thus the 3 star), however the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Any time I have attended the shop I feel as if I’m an inconvenience. If I want to browse the offerings, I’m asked several times “what do you want?” Even after I have specified that I would like to look at their book or see what they have. Other times I have asked for recommendations, specifying what flavour profiles I prefer & specifically stating that I do NOT like the minty or menthol juices. Every single time, I have been given a menthol juice and told that it isn’t menthol. The staff really needs lessons in both customer service and the products they sell. I suspect that the staff I have met do not even use the products. They don’t seem to know much about the juices or the devices. A nasty surprise & a terrible waste of money when purchasing a juice or device that is not what you expected. Edit to add response to the shop - Thank you very much for your reply, I respect that. Of course how does a business do better without feedback. I am absolutely sure of the shop, I haven’t been in for a couple of weeks & to be fair, this review is delayed. I do however have an account with your shop should you choose to look up my purchase history. It will be under my name or A T 😊

This store is so good. Very friendly staff and amazing choice of vapes with a good quality. I’ll definitely try every single vape here. This one reminds me a candy from my childhood.

I use to go here but every time I go in there the girl working is making out with her boyfriend than he goes and sits on the couch very unprofessional plus she cops attitude I stopped using this place and now go to vip vape instead
