VIP Vape - Waterloo 262 King St N

I had my first visit to this VIP Vape location today and I want to shout out Stacey for her kindness, knowledge and great service. I unfortunately had my Caliburn G stolen at work and was calling around to nearby stores to see if they had it in stock. Without naming names, a few other stores in the area either didn't pick up the phone or seemed unsure of their own inventory. When I called VIP Vape Stacey listed off the available colours of Caliburn G and set one aside for me. I ended up purchasing two and some pods. The store looked very clean and well stocked. Stacey even helped me unwrap my new device. Thank you so much for the great service and I will be back!

every time i get stilth pods from here, they taste burnt and it heats my vape up burning my tongue. would recommend going to signature vape for stilth pods as they’re always new, and you actually get to taste the flavour without almost setting your mouth on fire.

Good service, however on several occasions they billed me a tip without asking me which is not serious. It always happened on a Sunday and I guess it was students

I went into this location for my first time today because my device broke and was looking for something new. I was greeted by Alec who was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection in the store and Alec quickly helped me find everything I was looking for. I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you for the great service Alec!

Each time i go there, the employees are always friendly, always smiling. They all have great customer service and seem to genuinely enjoy being there, which always gives me a bit of a boost after I leave. The prices are reasonable, and store has a pretty cool setup.
