Real Vapour Stores Niagara - Vape Shop 871 Niagara St #15A

Came here to buy a disposable vape t try out before committing to anything big and I asked the guy working what he would recommend. He didn’t even look up from the cash (we were the only people in there) and said I don’t use disposable vapes. I then asked if he knew any information he could share with me and while continuing to not look up he just said no. I left without purchasing anything. That was not the experience I had hoped for, not even a little bit. Terribly disappointing customer service.

I bought a vape from this guy that he recommended that was TERRIBLE it stopped working after 3 days and they refused to give me a refund or store credit or anything. Dont shop here you will regret it this store is a huge scam you will waste your money. Take your business elsewhere you'll thank me later.

This is the main vape store I visit. I useually see either a young woman or a young man working. Both my boyfriend and I have learned their work schedules so we do not run into the younger guy who works there. He is never in a good mood and constantly asks me if my ID is real and has questioned the card 4/5 times I have met him… I’m 22. The young woman named Hilary is the nicest employee you guys have! She makes the shopping experience great for me or anyone I encourage to go to this store.

Friend of mine bought from this store and got screwed over big time owner is a liar and cheapskate avoid the store at all costs if you are smart..

We once had a competing 'business' slander us... Let's just say....there is no "Royal" anymore. Business tactics such as - a negative SIGN 'shout out' attempt of another company - only gives YOU an unprofessional look & bad name; as publicized your competition. Those who hadn't heard of ILL yet... can thank you, for sending them to the appropriate place for vapes and apparel!
