I loved this place when it first opened. Now! I hate it. ID at 60. Come on! Seriously. I think they are trying to aggravate me on purpose at this point. Apparently if you place an order online. Sometimes you need ID, sometimes you don't. Like how plucking frustrating is that. Same employee. I had to go to my car to get ID. Rediculous. I ordered the bare minimum, about $300 worth because my last visit was worse, nice in a sarcastic "pluck you way",like I got your stuff and I can refuse you if you piss me off attitude. I hate the attitude that they have there. So, I kept my mouth shut. Got my ID got my stuff and vowed, NEVER EVER again will I allow anyone to DEMEAN me like that again.I went Dundas Cannibas No ID required. Paid, 600 there, your loss VIP. Dont mess with seniors, we are older, we have lots of money and we know alot of people. Word of mouth is Gold.
The only place that takes care of the customer making sure to have them walk out with a smile and always treating you as VIP! Big shout out to Mac! Thank you for being the best service in Ontario!
Most places just take the money not explain things or treat you like everyone else Mac and rest of her team polite helpful and take the time to explain it all def use a lot. If you have a faulty vape they will replace it . I see people saying they don't care about replacing faulty products , i have never had that experience dealing with them. Its hard finding a place where people look pleasent helping you. Being in a wheelchair doorman offered to help , now thats a place i will keep buying from
Would not recommend this place. Went there had no issues until we had a defective product that they would not replace. They started spouting policies that didn't align to what the manufacturer came back with. We are now stuck with a defective vape cartridge that is useless. They told me they would continue to look into it and call me back and here I am 5 days later with no response. All future business is one-hundred-percent lost as we are now going to Dundas Cannabis. DC said they had the same issue with the same product we did, they got a batch that was defective and replace all of them for their customers even if they had purchased it one week prior. Unlike VIP. So take your money to somewhere where you know your purchase is going to be protected. Oh and a side-note they knew this product is defective as they told me three other customers had the same problem yet still did nothing.
I am a regular customer. I was very surprised this morning upon attempting to make a purchase at 11am for a Vuse product. If a staff is not aware of policies and does not look at the customer history, instead just says no to you and let's you leave rather than find out or accommodate the consumer, then, well....need I say more! Walked away very disillusioned and made my purchase elsewhere. Never assume your customer isn't worth your time and NEVER make them feel that way!
