worst customer service experience of my life. first off every employee there is a sloth! who finds it hard to speak to people. went it bought a vape and couldn't charge it after a day, it must have been defective or something went it for a refund or exchange the girl who works there had the most rude attitude I've seen in my life, didn't even take the time to understand. would never recommend this place ever. dont hire people who are high!

My buddy and I went in the other day, 2 staff, 0 response to good morning, how are you, have a great day. Been awhile since I’ve experienced 0 customer experience. At first I thought I was intimidating them for some reason, but after reading the reviews, this experience appears to occur frequently. Good selection and nice store, staff are impacting the customer experience. Will drive further for better service

Staff was very rude. Refused to serve me because I had my child with me. I'm not sure what they expect us parents to do- leave our kids outside unattended in order to make a purchase? Do they not realise this is not a feasible solution for parents? Was told" is the sign not clear enough for you". A little compassion to parents trying to juggle everything would be nice.

I've never had good experiences here, but today was by far the worst and definitely my last time going to the store. Upon entering, I was greeted by 0 out of three staff. When I approached the counter the staff just stared at me (with bloodshot, half closed eyes). I asked if they had a binder for a list of juice, the staff member picked it up off the counter and basically threw it down infront of me and said absolutely nothing. When I decided what I wanted, the staff silently walked away from to the other side without saying a word. I followed him and he grabbed what I asked for. He rang me threw and I was on my way with absolutely no customer service. When I opened the bottle of juice I received, the liquid was dark brown, I checked the manufactur date, Sept 28 2022. I called and asked if I could come in for an exchange as I would like a juice that wasn't brown and I find the oxidized juices burn coils faster, have a lack of advertised taste. The girl who answered the phone said she wasn't sure and to come in. I went back and to my luck it was the same staff who "assisted me" earlier. When I showed him the juice, he proceeded to go to the back office and grab an already opened bottle (who knew how long itd been opened) of the same brand but different flavor, showed me the liquid inside and told me they were pretty much all like that. Said he would give me an exchange for the same brand and flavor, but that it would be the same as the one I have, basically telling me I was SOL. I asked if they had any bottle that had later manufactured dates, he checked and said no id have to wait until tueaday. Then he and his coworker just starred at me until I said id just keep the one I had. He nor he his coworker had any interest in assisting me or trying to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Please look into hiring staff who actually provide decent customer service, or at the very least someone who will acknowledge your customers when they arrive in the store.

You will get much better customer service at pretty much any other shop in the city.
