Went to buy some coils and I mistakenly purchased the wrong one. Matt was quick to make an exchange for me. Very pleased with the customer service! Highly recommend to everyone!
Very helpful and very nice great customer service
Great customer service and friendly staff, but posted hours aren't correct - after driving for an hour to visit, their doors were closed at 6:55 where as their posted hours are until 8. Pretty disappointing for sure
Sadly I seem to have a habit with misplacing or breaking my vape(s) to often but this vape shop is and always has been for years, the only one I'll go to. Mainly because you can tell the owner makes sure his customers are satisfied and happy. He is always easy to talk to, outgoing and very friendly everytime I've been there. It helps that he has knowledge about each product he sells or that I ask about and fair prices as well!
Very friendly and helpful staff. I couldn't find the coils I needed but we found a compatible brand that worked even better. I was also recommended some great ejuice. So pleased to have found VapeHead!
