I live in the US and ordered from hazetown last Wednesday. It’s Monday the following week and I got my package. Crazy fast shipping for international (and cheap it was only $5), huge selection of products that are well priced and everything I got works well. I ordered from a California online seller before but hazetown won me over. I haven’t had to reach out to their customer service yet, but from the fact that the owner responds to every single review I can assume they’ve gotta be pretty solid. Thank you!

I love this vape shop! Been coming here for 2 years instore and online. Yet I bet you are wondering why 3 stars? Since October I’ve noticed diminishing stock with no restocking. The online store is always sold out of e-juices and in store they barely have anything as well. I absolutely love this vape shop but I’ve been finding myself having to go elsewhere to get what I need. I hope things get better and maybe it’s just a dry spot. But I’ll change to 5stars once stock has been available for more than a week.

I bought the Calliburn Tenet kit for my son. He isn't happy with the pod system he's using right now and I thought an early Christmas present was in order. Hazetown Vapes had a sale on I couldn't resist, and shipping....geez! The speed of light! Excited to see my son's reaction to his early gift. Such a great place to get reliable and speedy service. Huge fan!

This review comes with a caveat. So the service and product was amazing as were the prices. However the shipping company was utterly useless and to be frank, a bunch of ditzy morons. I ordered to a business and the shipping company tagged the package incorrectly this delaying the pack to 10 PM rather than a 5 PM delivery. They tried to say if I changed the address it would take a week to update. Finally after calling the Weston location I was told I could cancel, get the refund and pickup in store. Which is acceptable. I went to cancel and shippie refused to cancel the bloody order and said if they missed me I'd had to wait till next week for another delivery attempt before they sent it back. Genivier and Peter were useless with shippie. Forcing me to wait dt outside till 10 in the freezing cold. In fairness to Hazetown, again they were willing to help but shippie was just being stupid.
