Outstanding service from the two owners, when the product I want is not available they give me excellent advice and I never leave unsatisfied. They always order my favorite products and notify me when they are returned. I give 5 stars and would give more if possible. I recommend!

Very insolent and condescending. Badly yelled at... go to Sherbrooke Street, where I received excellent service

Poor service, 3 times out of 3. Each time I was “helped” by a condescending person who spoke to us as if we were the lowest imbeciles on earth. Yet when I go there I know what I want and it’s quite simple. Very very poor after-sales service too, we are told that it is our fault if it does not work despite what we were advised to do/buy. As for prices, always a tick more expensive than elsewhere! But good luck, I guess. I only went there for “emergencies” now over. I would do a few more KM for emergencies.

Displayed schedule not respected, we call on the phone to be told a time then when we get there the time has changed..... The boss also tells me that I called elsewhere even though the number is saved in my phone ...... Cursed at the price it costs to vape and at the number of cash that I put with you you could be kind enough to respect your good customers, on this I hope that it will make a good dent in your sales to no longer come see you, me and my whole family :)
