I went for pods and liquid and I think it was the owner who served me.. condescending, rushed and no respect.. He didn't even give me time to look at the choices, put pressure on me to find something and leave as quickly as possible. The employees are very nice but because of the owner, I would never set foot there again. Because of his condescension he doesn't deserve a cent out of my pocket.

I was recently sold a Nautilus Nano tank, the saleswoman knew that the tank was leaking, but she didn't mention it at all during the sale. She offered me Nautilus 3 in exchange with a difference of $8.50 which I accepted, it was September 30, 2022. This week I want to clean the tank, I am unable to unscrew the receptacle yet in the instructions it is is very clear and it doesn't work. On October 14, 2022 I returned to the store and the 2 boys tried but they did not succeed, they communicated with the manager who cannot make an exchange on an exchange, wow well done I left my invoice and the coins on their counter and I left, NEVER AGAIN THE STEAM EXPRESS BRAVO GANG OF SCRAP CHAMPIONS. I contacted customer service as mentioned by the owner on October 15, 2022 and still no response and it is October 27, 2022, once again BRAVO
