Item is not as pictured in the primary photograph. Upon explaining the issue to the CS team they didn't care and were rude in their response. Didn't even offer to remedy the item listing or provide a refund or exchange. Not a great way to treat a regular customer, I guess they don't need the business.

I received my package today, 10 days earlier than expected. I am extremely impressed with my entire experience with the company and the customer service I received. From my initial contact, my needs were immediately understood and met. I was on the fence about a purchase, the staff here went above and beyond for me. and made my decision to purchase the vape I was after a no brainer. I will go out of my way to purchase from this company in the future, so far I am a very happy customer.

I have been buying stuff from Pete and his company since back when it was just him alone. I've never really had an issue. I've bought Sticky Bricks from them, multiple Dynavaps and multiple Arizer products with years of buying different accessories. I have always done local pickup, and while their prices are a bit higher than some places for some things, the actual vaporizer products and availability of being local; having somebody you can ask about your order is well worth it to me.

I am a long time customer at Vape North, and generally they offer the best pricing and shipping options anywhere in Canada. However, I recently ran into a problem with an order, that turned into several days of back and forth debate with employees over the legitimacy of a warranty issue. I'm not sure what school of business Pete attended, but when I need to spend days arguing with his company over a $50 glass replacement, I have to wonder if he isn't more worried about his bottom line than customer retention. Or at least, if his margins are so lean that replacements are a difficult bar to meet, increase the margins such that customers and employees need to spend less precious time navigating simple issues. I'd be happy to pay a little more money to save time in the event that I have a problem with a product. After having spent hundreds of dollars with this business, I expected better treatment over such a small issue. I digress, their pricing and shipping is great, their customer service is generally polite and professional, but you had best pray that you don't run into a warranty issue with this company.

I got my dynavap and some attachments for my arizor solo 2. everything came in as i expected and more. They sent me a bunch of free gifts with my order that I actually use. very pleased with my experience.
