The employees there used to be absolutely happy to see you. Now with the currents employees, not so much ... The guys behind the counter have absolutely no desire to help you, and when you ask something, they make you look a bit stupid. I've been going there for ages but I'll happily go see my boy Frank at Vape Depot from now on. He's always cheerful and happy to greet you

yeah well !!A bit on the down side with this shop !!You go there and looks like your bothering them ! I feel like i dont belong there Before 2024 Before the new law The people working there was happy ...smilling ....Now just plane rude ..Taking my buiseness to Papovape in ottawa .....Tought i was doing good helping out local buiseness since the flavor ban ...They have options but the attitude is not worth it Ill spend 5$ of gaz more just not to step foot in this place again !!Sorry NOT sorry !!!When you own a buiseness you try But they dont !!

The female manager is beyond rude. Absolutely no customer service skills. Understood english but when i brought up that the item wasn’t working, she played the “I don’t know english card”. Disgusting behavior by a store that routinely sells defective products and expects the customers to eat the loss. Dont shop here if you can avoid it

Horrible experience at this store. I have spent over $700 here in the last month a half, and I went in one night right before they closed and spent $150 on disposables. One was completely dead out of the box (Ghost Max Grape Ice). I came back the next night to exchange it and buy a few more units, and they told me I have to come back the same day its sold. When I bought them minutes before they closed, did they expect me to open 5 boxes and smoke them in the store before I left? Obviously whoever runs the store is terrible at math, they made over $25 profit on me the night before, and now they have permanently lost a customer over a defective $25 unit. Also, they don't have any rewards program, please check other vape stores in Gat/Ott, many offer 1 free disposable of any kind for every 5 or 10 units you buy.

That's not true they ARENT the most expensive! They price match every competitors price,plus they have the most friendly, knowledgeable staff in the city and to even say the dog goes in the lab is false because they have no lab in the store. Théo is the store mascot that people come in to see without buying. It's sad people are jealous, it's the best store in town.
