Niccola was great at helping me select through the options. I am also visiting Gatineau/Ottawa and he was very helpful with giving us tips on where to visit. Great customer service experience overall!

I'm usually pretty happy with the service here but this is the second weekend in which I've shown up after the store is apparently open and no one is there. If you say you're open at 10, maybe have staff that care enough to open the store on time.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, won't stand behind their products I bought a Smok Alien 220 for 93$ taxes inc. only 2 weeks ago and a Cleito Exo tank last week. The mod stopped working last night, it would not detect the resistance correctly anymore and vaping on it was difficult and not enjoyable. Went in this morning to exchange it, after proving that the mode is defective I was told I was lucky they would exchange it because it had some cosmetic wear on it. They also took my receipt and would not provide a new one because having had a defective mod once had voided my warranty. Also if it were the tank that I had bought from them and proven defective, they would not have warrantied it. I've had pleasant experiences in that store but I would rather spend my money somewhere that I know if their products let me down at least the staff won't.
