I forgot my thermos in the shop and they put it aside for me. Nice people. But on the downside, the staff are pretty strict. I was told:" Don't this and don't that" several times. The "I'm still alive" guy hooked me up with a new vape I like called the uwell havok. He also got me up to date with the recent falavour ban in the province. Five stars. Been there a lot and he's your man if you can handle slight sarcasm when you walk in. Cheers

I was in the area looking to buy some juice that would give a minty hit, the service rep said they don't have much selection other than this juice. I asked if it was a good flavour and if I could smell it. There were no samples to test. So I decided to give it a try and boy was that a horrible purchase. BY FAR THE WORST JUICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. If you ever come across this flavour and possibly brand I advise you to stay away. I understand that products like this are non-refundable but I asked if there was anything they could do as in a store credit or give me an opened sample juice. Answer was no, and I was turned away with this junk that I have no use for. I'm sure other products here is at par or higher but however the customer service lacks quite a bit.

Bought a pack of pods. Got in my car put one in waited 3 minutes. And basically a quarter of the pod leaked in my brand new pen. Went back in, was offered a discount on another pack instead of a replacement pack... ive been to other locations where a simple replacement was done. I live in Aylmer and always support locally! I let the employee working know its not his fault but management needs a better policy in place! I will not be returning! I did ask to speak to the owner. And ive been to other vape locations that honored a replacement pack If pods were leaking badly enough.
