service wasnt super , i went in to get myself a vape for the first time , i wasnt told anything about the vape or liquid or anything for the fact , and ive had my caliburn for about 2 months and its stopped pulling smoke , its leaking all the time , and ive gone through 3 pods in the last 2 weeks just trying to get my vape to work , there isnt liquid in my vape pod holder or on my pod , my vape is charged at 100% and still not puffing , and the odd time it does puff i get a huge ammount of liquid in my mouth , the first time this happend i puked for 10mins because it was so much eliquid that went into my mouth , i will be contacting vape 514 and explaining this to them that my vape simply isnt working anymore i really hope they give me a new one , since im a novice vape girl , and i have a faulty vape.

Not much of a shop. Nothing great and the man working looked like he didn’t even care to serve me. Not once did he look up from his phone while answering my question. Rude customer service!

generally appreciate this store but i was sold a "fruit and rum" pod that was more than half tobacco flavour without mentioning it and the man who sold me it took 0 responsibility and just shrugged off my waste of money on a disgusting flavour of juice. the owner has been better service every time. i have only been vaping for a month and a half and the employee seemed to just want to make the sale and go back to his phone instead of actually talking about the product.

Great customer service! The employees will take the necessary amount of time to answer questions regarding mods, tanks, coil heads, flavor profiles and VG/PG ratio. They keep their hardware current which means you will find the products you are looking for. And if they don't, they'll let you know when it will be in stock. 50+ different types of juice flavours ranging from 70/30 to max VG for people who love to drip or just don't need the throat hit provided by high PG liquids. They also have drippers on display which conveniently gives you the chance to try different atomizers and flavours at the same time.

Great vape shop , very friendly and super accommodating . Wether you get Thierry or Elissa I always get treated properly and never rushed. When I was new to vaping they would explain everything and always with a smile now I am a loyal customer. When I read reviews of ppl whining about pricing or no exchanges for tanks that were used I already know the type of people writing reviews. Some people expect to make demands because they have the power of writing a bad review. In any case we are all in buisness to pay our bills and next time do your homework before you buy not afer. I have never seen a price match guarantee sign that offers free liquid when u find another store on sale meant to drag in new customers . They run a very honest vape shop and price accordingly.they don't try to rip me off or sell me useless crap just to make a buck. I was stuck in traffic one day and Thierry waited for me for 15 min after closing so I can get my juice that's the kind of place it is !!!! Thanks guys
