The staff are courteous and professional. I went in with a leaky vape from SMOK brand. My receipt was less than 3 months old but the store only guarantees it for 30 days. They assured me that the manufacturer would repair or replace but after contacting them with receipt in hand- the people at SMOK said that they don't cover leakage. This retailer should not carry products (like SMOK) from manufacturers that make garbage vapes and don't accommodate the end user.
Super friendly staff they were patient and helped me choose what i wanted also wide variety of disposable vapes! Great place :)
