One of the only vape shops I have visited where the machine asks us for tips, ridiculous
Hygiene really leaves something to be desired, unclean employee who sniffs very loudly, constantly, takes a puff on MY vape...unacceptable. also, no invoice with the refund and a certain amount is missing. In short, thieves.
The doors are locked at 10:20 a.m.... just explain that to me.
Almost every time I come to this vape shop the only one who has the juice that I love the door of the shop is locked during opening hours but you can access the inside of the building it's quite ordinary!!
If you want really bad service go to vapeking st Romuald in the evening. I went there yesterday to buy an electronic cigarette. Clearly I would bother the kid behind the counter. Several times I asked him to describe the products to me and all he can do is read the name on them, as if I don't know how to read...a bit insulting...if you are owner and you read this, your evening employee is causing you to lose customers, I must not be the only one, I will go to Lévis next time for better service.
