I went into the Vaporus Store to get some E-juice, a gentleman by the name of Othman was able to help me choose the right flavour and dosage for my needs. He was nice, patient and very knowledgeable. I have ben in other stores and it always seemed like they were pushing the products they needed to push but not what I wanted. I can say that the people at Vaporus are professionals and fanatics.Thank you and see you soon!

Staff are not helpful at all. it almost seems like they're mad that you ask them anything. Will def avoid this specific vaporus. Do not recommend it.

First time experiencing a really bad service at this place today July 29. My bf is a regular at this store and so happens there’s a new employee, we were never asked for IDs prior as he doesn’t look below 18, he asked for my bfs ID which he did not have. I have mine but he did not ask me for it and completely denied us service. So I tried again going in alone with my ID and he still denied service due to the prior “interaction”. My brother in law came in for himself and he still denied service because of the “interaction”. I did also say since it’s too much trouble I’m just going to leave and he insisted to call his boss. Showed him my ramq ID which indicates my date of birth (I am 24) and says it’s not a valid ID. We just moved here and gave him an Ontario picture ID that had been expired just this June which is the only picture ID I have. He laughed at it and said it’s expired. Who wants to renew an Ontario ID when you moved to QC… He also says the reason he’s being strict was because he wants to be a manager, LOL with this level of customer service I don’t think it’s going to get you anywhere. Anyways we went to VaporTown in Laval instead and we weren’t asked for any IDs as the employee there has more common sense that by looks you can determine a person is not underage. They have much better selection and flavours, highly recommend. Safe to say we will not be coming back ever due to this “interaction”.

I recently visited Vaporus with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff left much to be desired. I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received during my visit.

Great friendly and welcoming service. Nora was without a doubt excellent in her approach to making me feel as a valued customer. I will defeatedly go back there for all my vaping needs as so far all products I got from there are up to par.
