Update - say whatever you want. I went to return the slith5k. Which leaks smoke from the bottom from the intake for 15 second even when it's in idle. that's a complete defective product. The guy is arguing that talk with company. Or is it just the way it is. Man I know how a vape works. No vape leaks from air intake. Instead of replacing the product. He says we don't do returns. Earlier I felt bad for giving you less starts. Now I don't regret it. Never coming back to your store again. Update 2: nobody is threatening you anything. You asked my friend to vape to prove it's not a defective product, although she said she doesn't want to vape as she is a non smoker, is not a good behavior. You must be ashamed to treat your customers rudely. If you don't want to replace a defective product, just say no, rather than arguing and trying to prove you are in right here. I'm adding this review so that people will be aware of your store before buying a defective product and hoping they could get a replacement. I'd rather tell them to go to reputable chain even if it's a dollar expensive. At least they could get a refund or replacement for a defective product Shame on you for lying and trying to prove you are a better vendor.

I had a wonderful experience from the customer service with Mina. Mina is such an amazing worker at vape pub. He knows how to treat his/her customers very professionally and with a kind heart smile after they have been served by him, never will you regret it when you walk in that shop.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt compelled to after a recent experience. I’ll preface by saying I’d been frequenting here for a few months because of the great customer service and selection, and I have a decade of customer service experience myself. Went tonight to get a new vape and asked for a certain brand. I guess the brand went through a recent revamp, but that wasn’t the entire problem. I asked the guy helping me to clarify the difference of the two I was deciding between and he said that one was 5,000 puffs, the other 10,000. I opted for the second, wanting one that would last longer. The price seemed more than it had previously, but I didn’t think anything of it, since he’d been so helpful in past experiences. He tells me to open it right away after buying it, to try it, so he can hear my feedback, but when I do, I notice it’s a completely different size. When I say this, he got defensive saying that was the one I wanted; it was the right brand but it was double the nicotine and much larger. He said that it was 10% like I asked for, but I apologized and said I misunderstood him (he said puffs and I thought he meant quantity not nicotine percentage) I asked him if I could just exchange it for a lesser percentage vape, (because it was much stronger than I was used to) even though I would’ve been out a few dollars since it was a lower price, but he refused because I opened it. Understandable, but I had only opened it at his insistence, and in hindsight, it feels underhanded, since I probably would’ve noticed the size difference before opening the seal. The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don’t see myself returning in the future.

I have been going to this location for the past few years and I can say without a doubt it's the only vape store I go to. The service is outstanding and the staff are warm and welcoming. They also have a lot of unique vape products that you don't find in many other locations.
