I Definitely will not come to this vape store again. I was sold faulty products twice, first time I let it go, second time i went in to get help and was not taken seriously and and was talked down too and made to feel like its somehow my fault i was sold garbage by a garbage store! There are many better vape stores in kingston don't go here unless you want a low selection of product and bad customer service

I have a lot of anxiety about being in public and especially when it comes to checking-out with a cashier vs online pick-up. My interaction today with the cashier today, Shelby, was truly wonderful and I will be going back. Girl has a knack for making people feel welcome.

Vapour Canada would not provide an exchange or refund from product purchased two days prior that stopped working properly in that short amount of time. Stated it was a user error, mass produced, third party products anything that would avoid a refund or exchange. Just threw everything out, cut my losses and moved on. Won’t go back.
