I have been particularly disappointed since my last two visits. I've been going to this store since June, everything was beautiful. For two months I wanted to cut the nicotine from my e-liquid, I changed liquid, this one does not suit me and, so be it. I'm going back to understand but the clerk doesn't know how to advise me. At no time was the clerk able to advise me. This is in addition to the fact that this same employee, in the middle of a pandemic, took my electronic cigarette without washing his hands, handled it and returned it to me without disinfecting it. I'm not a freak but a quick disinfectant wipe for the rest won't be too much trouble. Anyway. I won't go back there. The clerk present on Saturday is far too incompetent when we have questions. The other clerks may be good, but they don't work when I can go.

To begin with, the seller was insulting and dismissive from the start, not even saying 'hello' to us. Instead, his introductory phrase was: "Get your cards out right now." No problem with that, my friend takes out her driving license, me too (I'm 21), he doesn't even bother to look at our cards before sharply demanding our health insurance card plus otherwise he doesn't sell me anything. I didn't have my health insurance card, but it's obvious on my driver's license that it is indeed me (something he would have known if he had bothered to throw even the slightest check eye). Even proof that I was going to university (so necessarily major) did not convince him, IN ADDITION TO MY DRIVING LICENSE. He finally said it was okay but next time I should bring both. I tell him that I want breeze coils, he tries to sell me the 1.2 (the worst), although I tell him 6 times that it's not them that I want, he was stupid the whole time, arrogant and unpleasant. I can guarantee I won't go back there again. Plus, the homemade juice I bought tastes like old medicine and freezes my mouth like I just came from the dentist. Very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

As soon as I return to Chicoutimi I will come see you, your liquids are superior to what I find here in Quebec.
