First time going into store. Told the clerk i was new to vaping and didnt know much. Asked for his best sellers. Instead he just gave me a book. This lack of customer service is why people buy online. Giving 2 stars only because price was ok.

First time, great experience, the sale associate that helped me was very nice & gave me an excellent service. Nothing negative to say, very happy with the service and my purchase 🙂

First experience was ok.. and I left feeling happy . I went back and the guy this visit was a say nothing .. not interested in his clients kind of attitude. I reluctantly purchased another vape juice... and believe me it will be the last one! The owner must not give 2 cents of caring into their business.. as long as they make money. Believe me.. I will not be back!! If you really want great products.. AND MORE IMPORTANT .. GREAT SERVICE AND SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE... GO TO BELANGER AND GARNIER. La Vapote has a much better service.. in fact the best on this island by far! Thanks again to La Vapote ... and remember word of mouth.. social media etc ... it will ruin you if your true colors are anti client.. anti caring and anti service!

I bothered the staff by walking in. I asked for advice and the guy took out a binder with different flavors, I guessed a flavor and I don't like it. If I had good advice maybe I wouldn't be as disappointed. I don't think I will return.
