Iv been looking for a certain machine everywhere around Montreal and had a hard time finding it, most shops didn’t even know it exists. To be honest name « vip » set me off a little and I thought it’s just another vape shop with poor selection of their home-brand juices. I was afraid of wasting time again by driving all the way to south shore, but one of the comments said : « these guys are up to date and have newest machines ». so I went. I was warmly greeted by the most knowledgeable guys in Montreal without a doubt. They really stand for their name VIP. First of all they really did have the machine I was looking for and they made an extra special order that arrived the next day. Second is compared to any other place these guys were very professional and welcoming, truly passionate about their profession. Third is that they do have home brand juices and from a glimpse of an eye the lab looks like a legit lab, not some shady business. Can’t say yet if it’s good or not but I have a really good feeling. One of the guys made me a free sample bottle of the juice Iv been looking for. It’s steeping now so I’ll come back when I try it :) anyway 10/10 shop. wish there was one on the island.

Excellent customer service and relations. My French isn't the best and these individuals go out of their way to accommodate my general inquiries in both languages. They do their utmost to keep up with the latest vape brands and flavours. In addition, they have a "munchy" type of selection when it comes to snacks and drinks. There's a coffee shop being built as well. Cap your cino with a frothy and creamy coffee chino. Make sure you view the shop's business hours. They are not open late during the early days of the week. If you live in the area, you're better off walking to the venue as opposed to parking your car and getting stuck in traffic. You should ask them what type of material they use to tint their windows, because staring into the windows is akin to falling into a black hole. This is a good thing.

Went in and talked shop with Mark, comparing the Canadian scene to the Australian scene I used to work in. Learned a lot, and walked out with a new reasonably priced vape. The friendly staff here are more than capable of answering any questions you may have.
