Wish I could give them a 0 score. they do not even deserve one star! I placed an order over 500 dollars with them over 2 weeks ago and send them my ID the same day. I contacted them 2 weeks later and ask why may parcel still did not ship. Then they reply the next day that according to new regulation they need an copy of my ID, so then I send them a copy of my passport since I send them an ID copy already 2 weeks prior. Then suddenly my order status went to shipped. 2 Days later they mailed me and said, ooh sorry now the items I ordered is now out of stock. This is now the email response I get after more than 2 weeks of payment and alleged shipped order. Not even a Sorry!!!!
