Terrible place to buy vapes. I bought 10000 puff waka. Called next day to complain battery died immediately was told that's normal. Still same daily issue with charging. Called less then week after purchase becuase juice was empty. Was told sorry 24hr policy for returns. I am not heavy vaper and bought 2 flip 9000 puffs 2 weeks before waka. Waka dies flip still going. No customer support from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DO NOT PURCHASE here go to any other vape store. Terrible support amd customer service.

Placed an online order and was quickly contacted that one item was not available. He gave me more options and as I was ordering for my wife I just asked to have the juice replaced with a flavor I know she likes. He recommended one that would replace the original item and because it was for my wife and not for me I declined the change so he was very nice to offer a free sample. I also like the fact they have a points system. Great costumer service with every order I have placed so far. Very much appreciated. Thank you and keep up the great service.
