The one guy is awesome and super helpful. The other dude seems like he hates his life and his whole tonality indirectly says “you’re an idiot for asking me anything, go away.” Dude, if you’re that miserable and sour to talk about vape products at a vape store as a vape store associate than just bro, give it up. Easily I’ll go elsewhere and be treated with more respect than here. Thank you much.

The dudes that work here are so awesome. I've been into the shop twice in the last month or so, and they are so personable and helpful. I really enjoyed both interactions and they made my life so easy because they were willing to explain things to me, and make sure I was getting the right products without making me feel like I didn't know anything. Highly recommend this location because the staff are fantastic.

Great place to buy products, and the customer service has not weakened in the slightest…as you become a repeat customer they recognition coming through the door and in my case already have it at the roll by the time I walk up. Definitely an at home, local feel and the staff are very nice, welcoming and seemingly really enjoy talking to people, which makes it a great experience.

I have been a long time customer of Heavy Jam. I started going to the north end location before the west end location opened. I am extremely happy they have opened one close to home. I love the guy that works there. He is very personable & friendly, makes it a good experience when you go there every time! They're also very helpful & have all the knowledge you need about products if you're unsure.

Had visited a few shops around town but didn't get the service and help like this place did. Kind and friendly. Helped set me up with a new vape and how to set it up and explained the differences in juices and how to run my watts with the kind of juice. I am absolutely blown away. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD! MORE PLACES NEED TO BE LIKE THIS! Thanks again. I will be back and referring your shop indefinitely
