I recently visited 1 Stop Vape Shop and had an unfortunate encounter with the cashier, Om Patel. Upon requesting a discount, he not only refused but also responded with offensive language, telling me to "go and get it somewhere else" in an impolite manner. This type of disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

I visited 1 Stop Vape Store in Brampton and unfortunately had an unpleasant encounter with the cashier, Om Patel. He spoke rudely, telling me to either make a purchase or go elsewhere. Disappointing customer service detracted from the overall experience.

One of the worst customer experience at this place. Counter boy OM PATEL was way too rude. He asked us to buy from somewhere else if we didn't like the way he spoke. Would never recommend thulis place for vapes. Instead buy from Brampton vapes.

Very bad behaviour of the cashier Om Patel. Never recommend this store to any one. Brampton Vape is far better than this store.

The guy working today around 5 pm was very rude. Even he had some argue with the customer before me, my card got declined and instead of saying it in a simple way he made a scene and started shouting. I guess he doesn’t even know the meaning of customer service
