Worst vape store. Puts out falls offers and never has the flavours in stock. The kids working specifically 2 young girls have zero customer service and mannerisms to talk to a guest. I bought 3 - 6mg went back the next day to exchange for 10mg they did not have the 3rd one in stock and I said I am fine to come back later. They just would not accommodate. I did not ask anything for free rather just so I get the same flavour which I like. Most disgusting staff, zero customer service and disgusting way of talking to customers. At this pace you will loose customers. Stop hiring kids who have no clue what they do or train them properly. I left my juice by mistake in the store, never got a call back acknowledging I left it there and I can come back and pick it up. If you don't have enough stock do not put out useless offers and mislead your customers. If you don't have stock to fulfill orders atheist learn to be accommodating.

Michaela, (apologies if spelt incorrectly) was very polite, helpful and professional. Ive never had a bad experience here or with any of the staff. They are all quite friendly with a smile on their faces! They also have great flavours and varieties of devices, vape juice, pods, coils ext.

Hello, i bought the vape from this store 1 hour before and whenever i try to smoke, it makes me cough. I was thinking first that maybe it’s a new vape that’s why it is happening but i tried it again and again but same thing happened. I called to this store and the person on phone told me to come to the store and we will check it but when i come to store they just say there is no manufacture defect in this so we cant do anything. The person was saying IF WE RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT THEN WE WILL LOSE MONEY. They are worrying about money not about the customers. Seriously guys don’t go to this place. They will tell you a lot of good things when you wants to buy something but if you encounter any problem then they will just raise their hands and will say we can’t do anything. I spend $64 on it and now this thing is a garbage for me.
