My favourite vape store to go to! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and super nice to talk to. I buy from them frequently, however, recently I ended up having a malfunction with my vape (no fault of theirs) and not only did they replace it at no cost but gave me a charger that would work best for my vape to avoid this happening in the future. I will always go to them with my vape needs. Thanks again for being so helpful!
Fantastic customer services. They have remove devices because of bad review or bad product design. Making sure their customer get the best experiences out their devices. I have NEVER seen business do this. Most business would continue to sell the product and have the customer deal with the warranty with the manufacturer. Going here, you’re guaranteed to be in good hands.
When moving to Brampton 5 years ago I checked all the areas for locations of vape stores near my house, I found this one to have good reviews so I decided to check it out. It’s not only good, it’s great. They are very kind and easy to talk. They know there stuff and they will always listen to you if you have any questions. They keep there stuff always stocked up and if it’s missing they will not hesitate to order for you, which is very convenient for whenever you go back it will be there. They treat their customers with respect and if you are ever in need of a place to go, keep this place at the top of your list.
Best vape shop I've been to. I went here during my trip in Canada from the UK. Great service and such friendly people. After some time on the Trip, me and Sheldon became good friends and he treated me like family. Highly recommend going here for your vape needs as this place will take great care of you.
