OK. My review is mixed. Firstly, the staff is great and tries really hard to help you even if some are not very familiar with vaping in general. The selection is good when there is a selection as this store seems to struggle at keeping things in stock. I was told that this is due to the workers in Quebec coming here and buying everything up. Quebec has a ban on Flavours. This store is pretty much supplying Quebec with supplies for them to bring back over there and we the locals are getting the leftovers. This store needs to order more pods for ALL their units as I should not have to buy a new unit for the pod that is included. I would say half the time I am in there they are out of pods for almost everything and I have to rely on another online store for pods. Also, I've been asking for sweet tobacco eliquid and after a year they stiff have not gotten any and is another item I have to purchase elsewhere. I love the fact that its a convenient store but it needs some work. There should be a limit on how much people can purchase instead of supplying bootleggers from Quebec.

Went in to buy coils and wasn't sure if I needed #16 or #18 coils. Asked multiple times if I purchased the wrong ones could I refund/exchange them and multiple times the clerk said yes no problem. Turns out they didn't have #16 coils so I took the #18's comfortable in the knowledge that I could exchange/return them. They were unopened, undamaged but I was denied refund/exchange and was not offered to have the right coils ordered. Absolutely terrible customer service and employee communication.

It’s the only vape store in Kirkland lake so I can’t complain but the customer service wasn’t all that great. I also noticed they close unexpectedly from time to time which is inconvenient.

Amazing store, however went today as stated it was open Sunday and they are closed
